Fantastic steamer
This hand held steamer is fantastic. Heats up quickly. Gets the creases out in no time. Buy this one. Don't waste your money on more expensive ones.

Good VFM
The steamer does the job well, I’m pleased.It’s suggested in the User Manual that filtered water only is used in the reservoir due to scale building up. I ignored this and used tap water a couple of times, only to see a small amount of scale in the bottom as I was filling it up. I now use bottled water.

Disappointing
Disappointing. I'm not sure how other reviewers got such good results with this unless they have considerably more patience than me. It's useful for freshening up things that have been in the wardrobe for a while but it's no substitute for an iron. I wasn't actually expecting it to replace a good iron but even so I think it's only good for light creases

Perfect machine for quick jobs
I am a single mum who works full time and just doesn't have time to iron, however my eldest is now starting high school and needs to wear shirts (which will inevitably end up crumpled on the floor at the end of the school day). Tried this out on the brand new shirts to get the creases out from when they were packaged up and worked like a charm, quick and easy. My iron can stay safely at the back of the cupboard, not least because I've no ironing board!

Pros:- Very quick to heat up- Doesn't feel overly heavy or unwieldy- Does an excellent job of removing creasesCons:- The water tank almost empties after one garment, but that could be that either my clothes are very creased and I should be ironing instead of lazily steaming, or I'm just overly-fussy- If you're steaming a lot of clothes at once, then make sure you open windows, or have a good dehumidifier on the go- Can leave a lot of wet marks on clothesAll in all, I love it and would heartily recommend. 4 stars because I'm being picky, but it's actually great, and I'm pretty sure people won't be disappointed with it.

It's of no use.
It doesn't do it's job at all. It's just a low steam volume steamer not a garments steam iron, or alternative for traditional iron. Treditional iron is 5 times better than this. And there is no return option so I have to keep it.

Really heavy steamer
I bought this based off other reviews, I am sorry I did. It doesn't have any settings for different fabrics and its really really heavy. I wouldnt recommend
