I rebuilt the screen back onto my Monoprice 12" sub after moving cross country with these, the originals snapped off in the move, and a couple hours later, the Amp went out! Not the grill guides fault! So spending money on trash isnt my idea of good spending, but I can say I tried, and these work fine after drilling out the Broken ones, and it fit like a glove again!

Thanks to my girlfriend's cat having late night zoomies, one of the Onkyo SKF-4800 speakers I use for my stereo setup was knocked over causing a few of the pegs holding the grill cloth on to break away. I was surprised to find this set of speaker grill guides available. I did a quick measure, saw they would probably do the trick and so ordered them. To get them to work, the holes on the grill frame needed to be drilled out a smidge more for them to screw in, which worked beautifully! Except for the one where I carelessly drilled too far through and damaged the grill cloth. If you have a similar application for these, use a cheap plastic putty knife between the cloth and frame to avoid damaging the cloth should you drill too far through like I did. Eventually I will redo the grills now that I know these parts are available to make custom speaker grills, but for the time being a punk rock pin is decorating the speaker to obscure my stupid mistake.

I used these to replace the disintegrated inserts in two of my Martin Logan 15 inch Subwoofers and was able to keep the factory grill mounts and they are very close in diameter. The do fit very tight but give the excursion of the woofer the previous would often pop off during heavy use many during movies.

They looked like what I needed, but were actually 1/8th size I needed. there were no dimensions listed.

I got a speaker with broken grill guide. I searched for a replacement to fix it and found this one. It's a good replacement and it's the exact measurement of the old one. It's good puchase.
