Updated Review: After speaking to the seller, they sent the extra beads for malas where the beads were missing. They actually offered to replace the whole mala, but as they are crystals/gemstones i preferred to have the additional beads and as promised they sent the same. Also i like their quality of stones. Yes finishing of the mala is little concern, but over period wear and tear would happen , and it can be made again ourselves Old review: Decided to count the no. of beads and found 10 beads less in few of the malas Some of the malas are too expensive, in that if some of the beads are missing than the mala is not useful.

Unsatisfied by the quality of the product.
Brought this mala few months back, the thread got cut, after calling to the customer care of this crystal heaven they say we should not use it roughly....!! We buy mala to do jaap, the quality of the product should be satisfactory. Unable to digest sudh careless feedback from the manufacturer.
