Idemitsu CVT Type SB2 Transmission Fluid for Subaru – 5 Qt

Bought this for cvt fluid drain and refill for my 2018 Forester, with 165,000 miles and its working great. This was my first cvt fluid service, so I did a double drain and fill, drinking around for about 30 min in between the two. Although my car wasn't having any issues I felt it was time to rejuvenate the cvt fluid to maintain performance. The car seems to be more responsive when starting from a stop and accelerating in general, so maybe it was overdue for the fluid replacement.

Idemitsu is the OEM supplier for Subaru CVT fluid. Buying this saved me a few bucks over individual quarts of Subaru branded fluid. Recommend.

This stuff is supposed to be as good or better than OEM Subaru CVT fluid. It works well so far. And it's definitely a lot cheaper than taking it to a dealership and having a flush and fill done

Affordable! I've used this fluid mantle tone 2019 forester.

Transmission still works as it should after changing 5 quarts of fluid so far. Easier to order from Amazon due to dealer is located so far away.

Exactly the same as the Subaru version but a lot cheaper. This company IS the one who makes the Subaru version.

Lo recomiendo es lo mejor. Pra las Subarus Outback a suerte 🍀

Works great, replaced old CVT fluids in Forester by circulating & draining twice. Hope it becomes available again.
