I like this product a lot. It goes on easily & stays put. It doesn’t run or crease. There’s not a lot of length in the pencil so it doesn’t last as long as I would like but I would recommend it.

Loved the silver colour. Easy to apply, really liked the applicator. Stay put all day. On second use, the eyeshadow had stuck to the inside of the lift, leaving a portion of broken eyeshadow in the base. Very disappointing. 😕 However, I pushed it back in, and am still able to use. I’m going to give it one more try with a different colour, fingers crossed this one doesn’t break…. If it does, I won’t be purchasing again xxx

I absolutely love these eyshadow sticks! They're easy to apply, long lasting, with a great finish, and I can still easily apply liquid eyeliner over it. The hazelnut matte was my favourite. It's not as dark as the images seem to suggest. The putty matte and the clay matte are a bit too pink for my skin tone. They looked more beige in the photos. Would definitely recommend!

Straight out of the packet I was immediately disappointed. This is not the colour I was expecting. Colour shown for smokey tawn is not accurate. In the picture it looks like a deep, strong, smokey brown but in actual fact is more like a light summer beige base colour. Even when I first opened it the stick looked more like a pale beige/cream colour. If you are looking to add smokey drama to your eyes this will not help! Also the colour barely lasts. Will not repurchase, very disappointed. Complete waste of money. Also the photo I am uploading shows how much is actually in the stick, and the name of the colour, which shows a far lighter shade than the photo advertised.

Really fabulous eyeshadow and it does stay on without going into creases. Lovely colour too. I have sensitive skin but this has caused me no problems whatsoever.

These are great, cheaper alternative to some of the more expensive brands for every day use just not as pigmented nor do they last quite as long. Personally I prefer more shimmer too. I have the following colours - pearl shimmer, blush pink metallic, taupe shimmer, khaki green shimmer, smoky amethyst shimmer. The only one that is really glittery is blush pink metallic, the others I would describe as more of a frosted look. In the pictures are TOP - blush pink with amethyst, MIDDLE - pearl with taupe, BOTTOM - pearl with khaki. The arm switches are from left to right - amethyst, khaki, taupe, blush pink, pearl. The swatches are taken in two different lights. I use pearl shimmer or blush pink all over the lid then one of the other colours from mid-lid to the edge. They usually need a little blending with a brush. They are buildable to a point but the lighter ones tend to crease if you use too much and again they aren’t as pigmented as others so in my opinion it’s still a lighter look. I use concealer as a base. I bought these as an alternative to the Bobbi Brown version which I still prefer for a longer lasting and more pigmented option though they are terrible for breaking/coming loose from the bottom which to be fair these haven’t done.

I ordered a Julep crème to powder eyeshadow stick when there was a VERY good lightening deal going on. Never tried the brand before and was interested. Once I got my eyeshadow sticks, they were SO GOOD I immediately bought more Julep makeup products - more eyeshadow sticks, blush/lip sticks, lip matte color (one of the lip colors is seen in the photo for this review), etc. The eyeshadow sticks glide on very easily, with a strong color (meaning it only takes a swipe or two), are blend-able with each other (I have numerous colors in these eyeshadow sticks and I blend them each time on my eyelid - I have a few diff colors blended in the photo for this review), are long-lasting and smudge proof (I never ever sleep in makeup, however, I did forgot one night and the makeup stayed in place for 24 hours without smudging or creasing (the photo for this review is after sleeping in the makeup and wearing it for 24+ hours). In addition, it’s waterproof! This eyeshadow truly has it all! Now, my entire makeup regimen consists of Julep products. Just simply top notch products. You can do a natural, 5 min or less makeup routine with Julep products - that’s my daily routine (5 min or less, which is how long it took me to do the makeup in the photo for this review). Take the chance and buy these Julep eyeshadow sticks, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Not the color I ordered so expensive item of no use and no returns. Really pissed off

This is THE VERY BEST EYE SHADOW I’ve ever used and I’m a Boomer! Have tried them all over a lifetime.. This literally goes on like soft velvety butter and stays on all day, even in the Tropical Temps we have here in the Southern USA. Amazing. color, I was concerned it may be too dark, but it blends and spreads so easily, it’s just enough of the right color to give my eyes some pop life. Doesn’t settle i. creases.. I cannot say enough positive things about this eye shadow! I’m sold for EVAH!
