Q: How long are they from heel to top?

This product is designed for very thin legs. I was not able to pull it past my knee. It is about 22" from heel to top. Maybe 24" if stretched fully.

Q: I’m 6’0 with size 12 feet, would these go above my knee?

Yes, they stretch above the knee, however, it is my experience that the elastic is not great so they easily slide down. :( I’m sure there is a hack of some sort that will make the tops tighter to stay in place. They are super cute and wash well but they do not stay in place.

Q: Would they fit someone with larger thighs?

The picture may show them on the Thighs but they fit right to the knee or slightly above the knee. For me that is a good look.
