Excellent Sound and Super Easy Setup!
The Retekess TA005 Wireless Headphones are fantastic for watching TV. The sound quality is crystal clear, with great volume and no lag between audio and video. Setup was quick and simple—just plug in the transmitter and it’s ready to go.They’re very comfortable, even for long movie nights, and the adjustable headband fits perfectly. The wireless range is impressive, too—I can move around the room without losing connection.If you want reliable, high-quality TV headphones that are comfortable and easy to use, these are a great choice. Great, until they're not.
When I first received these headphones, plugged them in, I thought they were brilliant. Comfortable to wear, excellent sound quality and volume which is exactly what I wanted for a hard of hearing person. But then the problems started. The optical cable connected and gave clear sound but then, if you pause whatever you're watching for a few minutes, the sound connection ends, transmitter is still powered on. On resume, the sound does not come back on. Fiddle a lot with the transmitter, on/off multiple times, change channels back and forth then suddenly the sound is back. I thought it might be the optical cable not reinstating the sound correctly so swapped it for the 3.5mm audio cable and the sound quality from that was terrible. With the optical cable and as described above excellent sound, with the sound cutting out and not coming back on when it should a really disappointing and frustrating experience. I returned them, definitely not suitable for my needs nor, do I suspect, for most people.

Seems to work decent at a good price.
Fairly simple to set up and good sound quality. Comes with one charger so will need another to be able to charge the transmitter and the headphones at same time. Micro end needed so you may have an extra laying around as I did. Had for a week and so far, so good. Note that if used on TV it will be set for the headphones only and the regular speakers on the TV will be silent with this system in use.

EXCELLENT PURCHASE
I am not technologically smart, but Retekess has an online video on YouTube. I had it connected in under 2 minutes and it works like a charm! So glad I bought this!
