The rubber feat had worn through on my Werner step ladder. I had to remember to use floor protectors when using the ladder indoors. This kit was a good foot replacement for my ladder, but it takes time and effort to 1) remove the old feet that are attached with rivets, and 2) mount the new feet which require new holes to be drilled through the aluminum rails. I've attached 3 pictures - one before and 2 after. Is it worth it? New ladders are inexpensive. But the fix kept my 25-year-old ladder from a landfill.

What can I say, they fit and everything was good.

At first they look like they are built with funny angles but if you when you play around with which side and forward or backward placement you find that the angle of the parts compensates for the step ladder legs having a bit of an angle (A shape) so that the feet end up flat on the ground. This might not work well on ladders that have perfectly straight legs, like extension ladders.

I bought these feet to replace the ones on my 40 year old aluminum step ladder. The hardware that came with it was too long for the thin aluminum so I went to Lowes and bought the appropriate size bolts. After drilling out the old rivets the assembly was a snap. My ladder is back in service for another 40 years.

Loved that I could fix up my old ladder! Only down side is the nuts and bolts provided fit tight and are soft material & several broke during install so be sure to have some extra 10-32 or 10-24 hardware available.

Bought a very nice used 12' Werner fiberglass ladder for only $80 but it had lived a hard contractor life and the feet were trashed. I bought it to use inside my home to access 14' ceilings over expensive wood flooring. Couldn't be happier with the new feet. Super dense rubber, no marking and easy to install. Score one for me on the whole deal.

was not a direct fit but is lot better than o.e.m. plastic so i made parts fit.
