I work at a busy restaurant and we added this cocktail smoker kit to our bar setup—it has been an absolute game-changer! Easy to use, works well, well priced.
A quick fill of the torch and we were off. Easy to use, variety of chips nice to experiment. First try left it on too long, VERY smoky, surprised us. Found 20-40 seconds worked depending on the bourbon, whisky. Affordable compared to some. We will likely move contents to a smaller tupperware in liquor closet as the box is lovely, great for gift presentation but squeeze out space for a couple bottles in the cabinet.
