This is an excellent blens of electrolytes with a decent amount of potassium. I take these when I play pickleball and sweat a lot.I also break the capsules open and use them in the water for my chicken's feed that I ferment and sprouts that I grow for them, as all our drinking water goes through a reverse osmosis filter.The cons is that the powder doesn't dissolve well in water. Also, I would like to be able to buy the powder loose as well as in capsules to save a few dollars on the capsules that get emptied out and tossed.
