What does 2 piece luggage include?

2 pc set for me came with the 21 carry and 29 check.

Pictures show built in locks and they show them on the manufacturer website too so doesn’t make sense that they don’t. Hmmm

Do these luggages have a tsa lock? the photo showed that they do
