I bought and reviewed the installation kit for this last year. When the time came to replace the filter, It was a simple process. The replacement is well priced and easy to exchange with no leakage or even drips at all. The overall kit is made to last and made with quality materials and the replacement parts are the same. I actually prefer water from my home water tap now than bottled mineral water. This filer just makes it taste so much better. I wouldn't be without it.

Replacement for 1 year old filter, the old one was quite blocked, noticed by the slow flow of water. water tastes so much better removing the metallic taste. Easy to replace and feels good quality. I had this filter for a while and I've been very happy with the taste. It was very easy to fit under the sink and the impact of the water flow was minimal. Longevity was hit and miss. The first filter cartridge lasted for more than half a year which I think was ok. The second one I purchased was problematic and it lasted last than 2 months. I was however very happy that support (a nice support engineer named Kimberly) was able to sort-out my problem and send me a new cartridge that I was able to replace. Overall I'll give them a 4/5 because I had to do a bit of work to deal with the cartridge that stopped working to soon.

Great quality filer and as advertised - easy to install and definitely makes hard city (London) water taste better. I won’t blame the product for this but our water pressure is relatively lower than others and as this is a very fine filter, the water flow was quite slow. So I will be getting the 0.1 microns filter next time.

nothing else to say,it workswell. taste is as pure as it can get.my son who has quite a peculiarity for filtered water, drinks it without complaints. we usually had to get bottled water for him, but now we can save on that

This is a replacement cartridge for our water filter. It was very quick to fit but you do need to turn off the cold water supply before fitting. The idea of this filter is that it removes tiny particles. The mesh size is 0.01 micron. A bacteria cell is 0.2 to 2 micron, so this filter will remove bacteria and any particle greater than 0.01 micron. Note it won't remove dissolved ions in the water or treat water hardness. To do this you would have to add another cartridge in series.

I consider these are the very best under sink waterfilters. Very easy to replace. Expensive to replace.
