One. These things are so hard, they don't really wear unless you drop it and it shatters.

Absolutely and these things are as good as it gets!

Q: I am trying to room paint and grout in small places from wood look ceramic tile. Is this scraper to harsh ? Will it remove the "wood look" print.

Are you removing paint and grout from the wood look tile? This little scraper is carbide, sharp and hard. It's actually the best scraper I've ever used, and I've used the best. Ceramic tile may stand up to some scraping but I'd be very careful or look for another method ... like no/low VOC paint remover, and a stiff brush?! Good luck!

Q: Can the blade be sharpened on a diamond sharpening stone?

I think it’s worth a try, diamond is harder than carbide.
