EZ Finger Splint Trio 3 Pack (8,9,10)

Works perfectly once you get the right size. Kept me from needing surgery and let the trigger thumb heal completely. Is not uncomfortable at all and isn't very visible; can be used in several different positions to meet individual needs. Very good value for the money. I hope whoever invented these got a patent because these are absolutely ingenious. Does the job of all the big bulky uncomfortable hand splints. You may need to try a couple of sizes, if it's too big it will fall off; but they can be bought in packages of three different sizes. AND they last forever.

I have EDS, and my finger joints are so severely hypermobile that it is painful to do things like type, write, or craft for long periods of time because the hyperextension starts to cause pain. These little finger rings are godsends. It takes a few packages for me to get enough of them onto each hand but they do the trick, and are much cheaper than getting a custom set (though I am saving up to get one of those in the future). It's a great way to brace on a budget. I wish there were ones better adapted for thumb joints (in order to get them to fit correctly the larger sizes are very long, so they rub funny in some spots) but otherwise these are a great purchase.

This device works very well. I work in healthcare and am constantly washing my hands. I do not have to worry about getting this device wet. The aluminum/blue foam device gets wet and causes wet skin breakdown when worn for long periods of time. The only complaint that I have about this device is that it rides right across the site of my injury (see photos). That often results in slight swelling and more pain. Also, I felt that the device needed adjustment to better straighten my finger. So I tried several methods to heat the plastic and bend it into a better shape. I even tried boiling it. No luck. The shape seemed to stay the same. Also, I measured my finder as instructed, and ordered a device. It was too small and I had to order a much large device. Not sure if I did the measuring correctly. So pay attention when sizing.

I had problems with trigger thumb. I had a big thumb brace. It was hard to type on my computer with it. But with these Thumb braces, I could type and use my hands without any problem. They are great.
