I have always liked and trusted Nature Made but this particular bottle seems like the pills almost have plastic in them. They are harder than normal. The flavor of B complex is never good anyways, they smell strong but I find that normal. Because of how hard they are they scratch my throat a little when swallowing

Because, as a result, it may be harder to find a supply of this, my favorite vitamin! 25 years ago, based upon my research and personal positive experiences, I suggested my 70 year old mom take this supplement in order to improve her mental acuity and energy level. Within two weeks, her friends remarked on what a dramatic, positive difference it made! She used this vitamin supplement until her death at 98 a few years ago, and has always been “sharp as a tack”, as her friends said. These vitamins are small enough to swallow easily and give me more energy. My immune system is working well. I need B vitamins because I’m vegetarian. They taste okay. They never upset my stomach.
