Best Purchase Ever
Hands down the best product. 3 years no problems yet. The motor is superb and reliable so is the controller. Just go for it you won't regret it 100%

Poor quality set and NO response on warranty claim
The pump failed in a week with no product support inspite of repeatedly speaking to the customer care number. A mail was also sent for which there has been no reply. The customer care lady always mentioned that the case is being looked into but absolutely no response thereafter. Buy this at your own risk , I have raised a ticket through Amazon customer and still awaiting response In summary - a bad buy !!

Worth buying product for its performance
Good trouble free product. Works fine and getting good pressure in all taps & heater. Installed for GF + FF PROS Competitive pricing Low noise Getting water jet output in shower!!! My water tank bottom height is hardly 10 feet. My heater was not getting any water inlet before installation of pressure pump. I installed pressure pump for this issue. Later I learnt it can be useful for whole house water outlets. It really works for whole house. Worth a purchase

Good product
Good product. Initially I faced problems from controller. The problem is after 4-5 cutoff. The motor going to failure mode. I checked everything ok from my part. After one week the problem solved by itself. I checked its working 25 to 30 times continuesly without error ( failure ). Good water pressure what I expected. Value for money.

Constantly running mode ( motor)
I have purchased since 6 months but now pump output pressure is low and self automatic mode not working and constantly pump is in running modeThe CRI automatic pump control is not working properly, on contacting the CRI customer care , I was told that they will not provide service for this product as this has been purchased on Amazon platform, and that they Amazon would arrange the replacement or resolution, it was just installed three days back, pls help, I’ve been trying to contact the customer care of Amazon but there seems no support team or number available

Service support missing
Item stopped working within 10 months of low usage. on contacting service support the person says the warranty is only six months and avoids coming over to check it personally. Do not know what to do at this stage.
