A wonderful product to help remember your dear pet. It is easy to use, and seems durable. After it dried, I wrote my cat’s name, DOB and date of death in Sharpie, and it didn’t bleed, smudge or become blurry. I am so happy I got this, I also had time to prepare because my cat had advanced congestive heart failure and was given months to live, but I wouldn’t wait to get this item, even if your pets are healthy. I am considering buying three more for my healthy cats just in case and for when the time comes, because you never know. To me, this keepsake is very important and helped me in my time of grieving and mourning, because it feels like I still have a piece of my sweet cat with me.

Loved the product! I used 3 applications on 3 different dogs. All 3 were easy peasy and turned out fabulous! Follow directions and you will have no problems. Nice, light and airy. Comes with everything you need. ❤️

I bought two, one for the owner - it's part of their Christmas present and one for myself so I could have a momemeto. I even had enough material left over to make a really small one for someone else who really loves the dog too.There is a nice surface on the back and I plan on using that to put a poem on the back so when the ornament turns on the tree, there will be something to see on the backside and I think the owner will appreciate it as it is a synopsis of the dog's life with the owner.It is so lightweight that it goes well anywhere one wants to hang it. It was easy to make and turned out lovely. I wasn't crazy about the ribbon enclosed; however, I'm using my own and the one for my friend can be in the color they like. Mine can be in the color I like or I can just use fish line and it will look like it's floating.If you are a dog lover and want to keep your pet in memory, this is a great product for yourself or as a gift.

So we bought this for my kitty. This product was easy to work with. It's a white material that I kneaded for about one minute. I did some with the water and some without and it didn't seem to make much of a difference. I painted them afterwards with Artist's Loft acrylic paint and it worked nicely! I was able to wash off the paint when I messed up so I would recommend using a water proof clear coat of sorts afterwards. My kitty has small paws so we were able to make 3-4 ornaments per box. I noticed that you don't need to press down into the material much to get a really nice looking print. I will show pictures of the dried material painted and unpainted****A word of caution!****This is NOT regular modeling clay that you bake. I would not expect it to dry to a hard material like regular clay would. It comes out as a kind of soft almost foam-like texture after it dried for us. I'm okay with this but if you are not I would definitely recommend actual clay that you can bake in the oven. Overall, this was a very nice product and activity to do with our cat and I would recommend to a person who is thinking about buying this product

As someone who is obsessed with their dog, I wanted to prolong all of the puppy memories!! This was super simple to use and I’m so glad I got it for her. It came with a large cutter for the ornament, but I didn’t want it that big. I decided to use a different sized cutter for the ornament, which resulted in excess that I used to make another ornament! Very glad I made this purchase.

We really love these little kits, but I can say that I understand why some people did not love them. There is a learning curve. Here is what we learned from watching a lot of YouTube:1. Make the paw imprint a lot deeper than you think you need to because as it dries the clay puffs up a little.** Follow the directions and use a book covered in foil as a sturdy surface. It really does work and is the most efficient way (we tried multiple ways).2. When making the imprint push down on the pad of foot first and then each of the toes individually. Push firmly, but gently. It helps to have two people - one to do the impression and one to distract with treats.3. These prints take a LONG time to dry. The instructions say 24-48 hours, but without help it might take upwards of 7 days.4. To speed up the drying time you can put the print in a food dehydrator at 165 degrees for about an hour facing up and then an hour facing down. You can also use the oven - turn your oven on to 200 degrees and then turn it off and wait for about 15 minutes. Put the paw prints in for about twenty minutes.5. After the print is dry we sprayed it with a clear acrylic spray both to protect it from dust sticking and make it more durable.This clay is not hard like most other clays. It does dry solid, but if you drop it, it will not shatter. We used a toothpick to write the names of our dogs above the paw prints.

The product itself is nice and easy to use. We got some nice paw prints from our puppy, but when I went to add the ribbon it had been taped together.

a very neat product and easy to use. but, i wouldn’t purchase this if you want it to harden up. still hasn’t dried in 2 days. it’s soft and can easily be ruined. but other than that i think it’s cool.
