107-0-012 Green Ants-No-More Ant Bait Station, 1 Count (Pack of 1)

Prior to buying I read the reviews and some claimed that the bait dispensers were difficult to open. I did not find them to be. There is an arrow on the base that you line up with the lid. An easy twist off. Fill the base, realign and twist to lock it shut. Easy to spike into the ground. I like the fact that the bait is contained and keeps it away from my dog who might go playing in the flowerbeds. Do not try to pop the lid off. Use a twisting motion and you should not have an issue. Holds a decent capacity as well which alleviates having to sprinkle bait around the house at intervals. I am satisified with this purchase.

I bought these to deal with ants that were all over my deck. I mix some water, borax, and sugar, and put the mixture inside. Shake up somewhat so some drips down the stem to attract the ants. Within a few days, all the ants were gone. They work great and appears sturdy enough to last for many seasons. Great product.

Used this up north in sandy soil, lots of ants-didn't seem to lose anynext time I went up, unit was gone-(someone liked it or the ants didn't) ants were still there

The product is good but the bait evaporates quickly

Just what I needed for black ant bait. Works well outdoors and rain doesn’t enter the unit.

Easy to use and sturdy. Bigger than I expected. The top is hard to open but that’s on purpose. Dogs and cats and squirrels leave the poison alone. You need to check on it daily to refill until ants are gone. Make sure the center spike does not fill with dirt when you push it into the ground.

I tried these with the recommended boron and sugar solution and the ants could care less. They literally crawl right by.
