Great residential, light duty machine.
I use this when we have family gatherings. Sometimes as many 12-15 family members and friends. Does a great job keeping up with demand. Will fill cones, almost back to back. Had a hard time keeping up with 8oz serving cups though. Will do 2 back to back the 3rd needs a minute or two to recover. I know it’s a little pricey, compared to others, but at least replacement parts are available for this. Good luck finding parts for other brands. Every body loves the frostline mix that we serve in this machine. So nobody minds waiting a minute or two for some ice cream. The menu was a little confusing at first but a few calls to customer service had me straightened out in no time…..yes actually spoke with a person, that was caring and knowledgeable and eager to help me out. I am absolutely confident that they stand behind their products and will be there when or if needed. Good luck finding any customer service out of the cheaper ones.
