Snak Club x Tajin Gummy Rings

Found Snak Club Tajín gummies at my local dollar store and bought two flavors — peach and watermelon. Instant obsession. Watermelon quickly became my favorite. Oddly, the watermelon coating was stickier and tasted more like chamoy than the peach version, which I actually preferred. I later ordered a bag on Amazon and it was night-and-day better: fresher, with a chewier texture and the perfect balance of spicy heat and bright fruit sweetness. I was hooked and started hunting for them everywhere I went. They’re surprisingly rare in my part of the suburbs, so I even tried to make my own — and let’s be honest, my homemade attempt was cute but nowhere near the real thing. They finally showed up at my grocery store — hooray — until I opened the bag and discovered they’d shrunk the package size while charging the same price. Not cool. I really hope this isn’t the new standard or that the brand doesn’t vanish entirely, because these snacks are already hard enough to find. If you like candy that’s sweet, tangy, and with a little spicy kick, these are a solid recommendation. Just don’t settle for the stale dollar-store versions if you can help it — hunt for a fresh bag or order here on Amazon where you get a better value for your money!

Do NOT get the watermelon ones. They are disgusting. The mango ones are delicious and I will keep reordering them.

What is going on??? something is SERIOUSLY wrong with the recent bags of these gummies!! I was IN LOVE with these & was even going thru a bag a night- and while they were inconsistent, where one bag would be more wet than another bag would be dry with crystallization, I just kind of picked through and found the ones I liked (the wet ones). I could deal with that. But then a few weeks ago, I got a bag and as soon as I opened it, the odor was wrong. It smelled chemical. Even the gummy rings looked different.- they were much lighter in color and like they were puffy. I wondered if maybe it had set in the heat too long during transit so I bought another bag. 19 out of 20 bags I bought have been bad. The only bag I found that wasn’t was a 7 ounce bag. And what’s weird is when I was eating a bag at night I would only get the 11 ounce ones because the 7 ounce ones were always dried out. But with the way they are looking & smelling lately, I’d rather take the dried out 7 ounce bag then the god-awful smell of the other ones. What has happened Snak Club!!?? Please fix it because I LOVE these things when they are like they were before!

Interesting. They were broken up alot in the package ( which I found odd for soft gummies) but they were pretty delicious. The Watermelon flavor was a bit artificial (but what candy Watermelon isnt? And to be fair the paclage said artificial) And the spice was just right. Not something i've normally purchased but was a nice treat for something new. I can't say if I would buy them again or not at this point. Because i'm going on a diet and won't be buying any candy but maybe in the future if I have a hankering for some spicy watermelon candy I'll definitely pick them up. Or maybe try the mango ones!

Delicious, a perfect combo of spicy and sweet. I'll be buying again!
