These extensions made the job of sloping the concrete a lot easier.

This was my first try at building my own shower pan and it wasn't as bad as I feared it would be. Other than the mixing and cement and getting it level, it was a lot of work, but we'll worth it. I have an odd sided shower and these made it much easier to get the pitch correct so the water doesn't pool in areas and drains perfectly. I highly recommend using these if you're having to build your own shower base. The curb perfect was easy to put together and looks great. I will say, some of the parts don't slide in as easily as it looks on the video... Otherwise, it was simple to install and I would use it again if I ever need to build my own shower base.

I'll never hand jam a shower pan again this makes it so even the worst do it your selfer cant mess it up. Youd have to be pretty bad if you couldn't use the pre slope or the pitch perfect system and get it right.

Used to ensure I had the correct slope in a custom made pentagonal shower that's nearly 6' wide at the widest point.I'm a home owner and this is my first shower. Learned from instructionals and videos. Have seen videos of pros doing the slope freehand, however, I wasn't willing to attempt that considering the difficulty of pulling up incorrectly laid cement.I did both a marble and water test and the slope was good, bringing everything to the drain. These are pricey for plastic, but, for amateurs, they're worth the money.

again , awsome!! but i always need more float sticks even for a standard size shower. seems kind of a gimmic to sell more. when a proper amount of foat sticks should come in one kit. specially ehen instructions dictate that u have to keep within 2'and a 1/2 ft per float stick. in a standart shower i always need more. there good products for a prefessional shower installation no need to be greedy making customers by more.

It's a good product. Make note there are only 4 sticks in the package. From the pictures, and quantity from the base kit, it could seem like there would be 6. The first picture is the open package laying next to a full package and the second pic shows two sticks (the short sides) that are not a part of the kit.

The float sticks work well but be advised that the extended kit only contains the extension sticks and you will need the standard kit and ring as well. I thought I was getting a complete kit based on the product description so it delayed my project until I completed the set. The finished shower drains nicely.
