A good quality supplement. Been using for 4-6 months to support thyroid.

I'am not sure as to an opinion however I have had the distinction of taking this product for a short while.The short while is perhaps about 4 months. The only particular suspicion I might consider as per an opinion is that I was required to take a complete physical with a Complete Blood Count as a prerequsite to having a Cataract procedure done. I was surprisingly pleased that the Blood work was quite frankly in general very good. Not to mis-lead anyone what that meant was that everything was normal and any value"s generated by the bloodwork were generally good.As a result there was no particular cause why I should not be allowed to have such a procedure done.I only mentioned this because I suspected that the above mentioned supplement provided a benefit that I wanted to mention. There is no easy task when attempting to look close at an immune disorder however this particular supplement has provided the suggestion with a benefit for my overall well being. I think that is probably as useful at this point as I can be however my suspicion is that these particular supplements from Rootcology by Dr. Izabella Wentz are very worth the time to look closely because they really I think have done some good. There is most certainly more to say but that would be without the benefit of knowledge and that is probably how these opinions are not worth there time however this product in a manner of speaking speaks for itself ,most certainly worth a consideration.

I bought this hoping my thyroid levels would even out and I could get off the methimazole. I have been taking it for 3 months so I'm going to continue. My selenium levels after a month were high/normal so I now take it every other day. I will say that is has helped my hair a lot.
