Yes, but very wobbly. I returned it.

Is the yoke big enough for a crossbow?

I use it with my Ten Point Turbo GT... It works great. It's small enough to use in my tree stand, but still steady when shooting on the ground. I have to remove the arrow quiver, but I do that when I'm shooting the crossbow anyway.

can you switch the yoke out for the camera mount?

The yoke unscrews and you can put a ball head on for a camera.
