Good quality and great performance. Measured accurate and is tight. It can handle abuse and still accurate.

a quality indicator, use it every day machining small parts, works well very accurate. the tip was a bit tight when I wanted to change it , but it will come off.

Well made unit with lots of travel. It’s more than accurate enough to help me take my machining to the next level.

I’ve been disappointed lately with items not quite being what was described. This however, is exactly as described.

Worth the money dial indicator.. every day use

There were no limit markers included in the box as stated in the ad. So far it has been impossible to find where to complain. Unit itself is fine, but the little things make the purchase poor.

The thing that I was afraid of is they send me the cheapest quality as usual. Thanks god it passed in this time.

Use the dial indicator at least three times a week and always works without a problem.

It’s a mitutoyo, the one I received was made in Japan not Brazil like some of their cheaper stuff. It’s great and is better than starrett $300 line of dial indicators. I now have 4 of these and use them everyday in a tool and die shop.

Don't engrave your stuff apparently which all machine shops do that I've worked in. I engraved right out of box to prevent from being stolen and then realized the needle was slipping. Engraving did not cause this but Mitutoyo successfully shafted me out of the warranty and I have a junk dial.

Much better than the junk $30 unit I had used for years never knowing if it was reading correctly, I bought this to set up my 8 inch jointer segmented spiral head . A flat bottom shoe would help. I guess you have to hunt for those auxiliary items? So far I am happy.
