This makes a everything work better
As a perimenopausal woman without her gallbladder, I have been concerned about my gut health quite a while. I finally pushed myself to start probiotics when doubling my vitamin b and d supplement weren't getting the job done. I was sluggish and never felt like I was achieving complete elimination. I have now cut back on my vitamins and feel much better about my digestion. They are very effective. They are easy to swallow and don't leave you with the stuck in your throat feeling. I being having issues with my stomach for months, so make the decision to start a probiotic suplement to help my digestive system. So I make my search and I found this brand who offer a good probiotic and a exellent price compared with other brands. And for the 2 day of taking it, including starting to see and feeling a lot better , I am in my 2 week , and I could know that something changed on me. Feeling better way much better. Quality!! And helps you go to the bathroom 👍
The first day I took it I went to the bathroom a couple hours later and not In an uncomfortable way either…just smooth and ez..I’m glad I didn’t get the runs and I’m feeling pretty good. I take 2 a day like instructed and I do feel my stomach flattens in the morning. I’ve taken many different probiotics and I definitely have my favorites and I can tell this is quality!

Digestive issues?
After years of using others, I have found this particular pre/ probiotic to work very effectively! One after each meal does the trick!

Good Probiotic and Prebiotic
I've been using these probiotics for a couple of years due to gut inflammation, bloating and digesting problems. I've noticed they've increased the pill size to 90 to 120 and bacteria stran to 45 to 60 (the new bottle is on the left side and older one on right.) This also has helped my overall gut health and for the price is very good. I would recommend.
