Amazing at Home or Travel Exercise Band Set
These bands are amazing! I can't believe how much comes in this set for the value! You can do so many exercises with this set and don't need to worry about weights, to get a good workout. Refer to the directions as the colors represent the tension of the bands, and go from easy to hard tension wise, so you can start out at red for example and go up to blue. The Quality is great too!

Missing a Set of Elastic Cords
Everything seems fine. Just got it and used it once. All seems sturdy.However, the pictures show three sets of Elastic Cords. A Green set, red set and a black set. I did not get the green set.
