Awesome tool, reliable, long lasting
This thing is a beast. Not exactly compact as you realize how long it is vs how wide. Provides the same torque as a kid range impact wrench which is incredible and batteries last forever. There is no boot you can buy for the 5350, but you can cram one on meant for the 5330 with a heat gun. Easy on the wrist vs ratcheting air tools and less likely to break bolts with impact action.

Goodbye to the competition
I was a former Makita and Milwaukee fan, but no more. IR is back and nothing is even close. Just finished an engine swap on a 04 Dodge. This tool had the most hand time of any tool in the shop. It did everything I asked and the battery life was sufficient. No complaints here, thanks IR for producing another quality product.

Riped off but the tool was good
Sent the 1/2 single battery one in 3/8 2 battery one box could not get it returned in time did not get what I payed for

Gets to the tough spots!
I was a bit worried when I purchased this that I would regret it, spendy, somewhat bulky, and heavy... Now it's not for everything, but when nothing else will get there this is a lifesaver! So happy I got this, I work on street sweepers and other trucks, what a great tool for those unreachable places!

If you like quality build and have a strong hand, this is the tool for you...
Exceptionally made with quality fit and finish. However, this thing is HUGE for a 3/8” drive impact wrench. I often need both hands on the tool to secure its position on the fastener I’m removing. I’m keeping it due to its fairly high torque. But, if I knew what I know now, I’d have looked elsewhere. Also, despite its high quality construction, I feel its at least 30% over-priced.

Decent power and long battery life
I use it at least once every week. Battery lasts a long time and its got a good amount of power to break bolts free. The only negative thing about it is the head and overall length is pretty big and it won’t fit into areas where a regular battery operated ratchet could.

The power is great also battery life is Long lasting, it charges fast And comes with a universal charger For both 12 and 20 volt tools. The tool is pretty long. some areas it Might be difficult for the tool to fit in.

Works great with plenty of torque for suspension and exhaust jobs. Be sure to get the 22 or you'll miss out on power, also it comes with another battery. Cool tool.
