This popcorn popper makes clean, no oil needed popcorn in the microwave. Fill the bottom to the first or second ring and it pops great. Do NOT fill less than the lowest ring or it will burn the popcorn at regular microwave setting for popcorn. That is not a device issue but just physics of overcooking too small an amount of corn.

Love this little popper! Easy to use, clean, and store. Makes a perfect batch of popcorn every time. I dump in 1/3 cup of corn kernels, put a few tablespoons of butter on top, sprinkle with a good portion of salt and let it microwave for 3 minutes. I stay there and listen to the pop pop pops. Sometimes when it gets to 3 minutes I still hear rapid popping so I hit the “add 30 seconds”. When the popping has slowed way down take it out fast. Take the lid off to let steam out. Then enjoy. I have used mine for a few years and bought another for a home gift for a friend.

I eat popcorn every night, top gourmet varieties. I microwave, but I don’t like cooking in oil. This silicone Salbree popper is the perfect popper. Pour in popcorn kernels, set microwave to “popcorn,” ready in two to three minutes (you’ll quickly learn the right time and temperature setting). Inexpensive — I’ve already bought them for several friends and family members. Collapses into a “pancake,” so easy to store and to take on the road.

It works well. It takes a little bit of trial and error to dial in what setting are required for your specific microwave but once done, it does a good job. My only wish is that it didn't leave as many unpopped kernels as it does although that could be that I just need to continue dialing in the settings I am using.

Time-saving. Super convenient. Consistent outcome. Perfect for my needs living in a dorm room with minimal space. I don't have to babysit the kernels at the stove or wash a large greasy pot. Saves fat and calories since no oil/butter is required to pop the kernels — I can make a quick & healthy "fiberful" snack to keep me from grazing on junk food, while keeping my macros in check on days I'm striving for a calorie deficit. But, on the days I'm in not staying within a calorie budget, I enjoy indulging in a butter/truffle oil topping without guilt that it is in excess for my serving. I find the best outcome when using 1-2 tbsp of kernels at a time. This leaves enough space for the kernels to jump around and pop evenly without some becoming overdone, also leaving fewer Unpopped kernels. Details on pictures attached... Works great and makes excellent popcorn. I have an older 1000 watt microwave & it takes just 2 mins 20 secs. Easy clean and storage. Pleasantly surprised and definitely would recommend.

Outstanding and easy way to make popcorn. Greatly prefer this to an air popper. While I think an air popper is slightly better, it’s not worth the noise, hassle, and nuisance of owning a single use appliance. It also doesn’t need oil so it’s a healthy way to pop the kernels and flavor as you like. Also, it’s highly durable. I’m now on my second one, which I bought to replace my first one that I purchased five years ago, but ended up gifting to a friend. Over time, the lids do get kind of cloudy, which is only a cosmetic blemish that doesn’t affect performance. It takes a little testing to get the popping timing dialed in. For my microwave, it takes between 3 and 4 minutes when filled to the 1/2 cup line, but your results may vary. Just listen for the pops to become less frequent, and I usually pull it out when it’s about 5 seconds between pops. Also, don’t overfill, or you’ll have a lot of unpopped kernels. Could not recommend this any harder. You’ll love it.

My husband doubted this would be any good. He was so surprised at how well it works! We've used the plate style & the air popper. This is faster, easier, & 100% better! It stores flat & washes easy in the dishwasher too!

Excellent quality silicone tub. Pops accurately as stated once kernels are filled to the appropriate line inside. Bright blue color is great.

I wasn't hoping for too much considernig the price but it works really well, very happy with my purchase.

Exactly what I expected when ordered. Have used it about half a dozen times so far and very happy with results. (Have only popped 1/4 cup amounts so far) Almost all kernels popped every time (1-13 remaining). Using it in a Panasonic microwave 1200 watt for 1 min 50 sec. Easy to hand wash.

This popcorn maker is awesome and super easy to use! And all the kernels pop! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you add can't add any seasoning or butter to the kernels.
