The playback picture quality is very good. Box quality is good however the software is buggy and needs improvement. Box will keep turning on by itself. This is a series problem. There is a one month free subscription then you need to pay 120$ a year afterwards. The payment mechanism for the subscription is still unknown to me. All communication is through whatsup app which I believed it is an unreliable way to do business. I don’t see a website to buy or renew the subscription so probably they will ask you to pay through whatsup app which considered very unprofessional and dangerous from my point of view. This is a completely a downside of this purchase and I am returning this box because of that.

The media could not be loaded.  Don’t buy this box and stay away. I got a free month trail and after that I was going to buy the yearly subscription. Now they don’t answer my WhatsApp messages or anything this is a total rip off. Amazon should give me my money back. Don’t let people like this sell anything to hard working people.

Simply the best iptv box. I have tried 4 different brands and services and return or cancel them all this one is definitely a great box and service. Very responsive never lagging and freezing AMAZING picture quality. You get 6 months off service that is included with box purchase. If you're looking to purchase an iptv box and service Don't waste your time and money just give this one a try and you will not be disappointed. I'm ordering 2 more for myself.

This was a good service, but buyer beware , when i tried to pay for the next 3 months with Zelle , as i did the first time, they never responded and the service is not on now! Needless to say, this is highly disappointing and now im stuck with an $85 box that does absolutley zilch! I am looking for another provider as we speak. Don’t know if anyone else has experienced this fraud!

I bought this Box for watching TV. It is a great product. You can watch so many channels worldwide and the set up through Customer Support (contact number on the box) was a breeze. I messaged and the response was spontaneous. It was a Sunday and I did not expect this high level of support. I was pleasantly surprised! I recommend this product in a heartbeat! This box is very easy to use and the customer service is unbelievable. They gave me a free month service and helped and every which way to set it up which was very simple.I am going to purchase a few more boxes because this box is unbelievable as well as the service. I give them five stars all day long.I’m so grateful for all the help and how easy they made it I was hooked up within 20 seconds.

I like the fact that it does not freeze or buffer while watching a tv show. The recording option is easy to setup, I rate it 5 although it does not allow daily schedule recording options ( S M T W TH F S ).
