I had a physical therapist give me a long length of theraband to do arm and shoulder strengthening exercises, only the theraband becomes thinner as it stretches, and it cut into my hands. I thought "maybe if I had grab rings to use with the theraband it would be more comfortable, and so I got these, tied them tightly to each end of the theraband, and suddenly it was easy to do my exercises without accompanying hand pain. This was an improvised application - I'm sure they would be comfortable in any application!

These are used in a preschool & after school activity program, they are working great thus far. So far 3 & 4 year olds have no difficulty hanging onto these. I weigh 190 pounds and also hang from these, the rope and clasps are tough. Pictured is the set with the longer ropes, both work great.

I tried two other options on my pull up bar to create a more neutral position, neither worked well or had decent grip. These rings were the perfect addition to my gym. Well built, sturdy and comfortable hand grip. Took a little ingenuity to hang from my pull up bar but I can def feel my deltoids engaging more and my wrist staying neutral using these.

This is the perfect addition to the room for a child with so much energy. Since installed it’s been used multiple hours a day, burning that never ending energy. All while building upper body/core strength and promoting self confidence while unlocking new talents. Let’s go old school, get off the screen time/video games and let their physical abilities shine.
