Does an excellent job of removing minerals, not quite as much throughput as expected.
We received the unit in good shape. Assembly was relatively straight forward, although the directions could have provided more detail/illustrations. Started running the RO unit as soon as I got some hardware and hose to run it into an external tank. It runs closer to 330-350 gallons per day than 400, and other than that I am pleased with the performance of the unit. I sent some water in for a water quality test, and it has filtered out the minerals as advertised. To recap- the water filtration is as advertised, and the throughput is somewhere around 82.5%-87.5% of advertised capacity. In my estimation, it's still a pretty good value for the money.

No instructions
Shipped quickly and looks like a great product but I don’t understand why it doesn’t come with any instructions or product detail. Not sure how to set it up. Update: The manufacturer sent me the instructions. Thank you
