?Faulty item.
Bought this mini chopper in April24. Hardly used it. Not working for the last 2 months. Battery is fully charged but the motor is dead. Very disappointing. The product has a guarantee. Can you help?

Love this little chopper! With additional comments
This is perfect for chopping up onions, garlic, mushrooms, herbs, tomatoes. You can zap up a little salsa in a snap. I use this daily! I was forever chopping onions. Now, I keep extra already chopped & ready to use in the refrigerator. I’m forever chopping garlic. I like to use this to pulverize garlic and store in in a small jar with olive oil. This saves me time when I have to make a salad dressing, marinate meat, poultry or veggies for cooking. I love that this is rechargeable. It is easy to clean, pretty quiet, and the perfect size for the jobs I use it for! It’s great to mince up ginger for cooking too! Not to mention herbs & spices. My larger mini preps were so much noisier and larger. They took forever to do the job. Update: After only 2 months of use the button on top got stuck under the opening. Can’t get it released. Disappointed that it broke so quickly!
