Dalstrong Kitchen Scissors - Japanese Stainless Steel

These Dalstrong kitchen scissors are excellent quality and feel very solid right out of the box. The Japanese stainless steel blades are extremely sharp and cut through everything with ease—from herbs and vegetables to meat packaging and even tougher items like poultry bones. The scissors feel well-balanced and comfortable to use, even for longer prep sessions. I really appreciate that they’re ambidextrous, making them easy to handle whether you’re right- or left-handed. The grip is secure and doesn’t slip, even when my hands are wet. They’re easy to take apart for thorough cleaning, which is a big plus for kitchen hygiene. The build quality is exactly what I’d expect from Dalstrong—durable, professional, and designed to last. I spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen. These cut like a razor blade, sharpen easily, fit my hands well (do they make them left handed?!) and I’ve used them from cutting packing to produce and meat. I e owned 3 other pair of “high end” brands and these outshine them all. Oh, and you can toss them in the dishwasher as their is no plastic to discolor!

Nice pair of kitchen scissors. Easy to use and easy to clean. Great for spatchcock a chicken. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating is because the scissors come apart easily. Can be in the middle of cutting something and the blades come apart. This is something Dalstrong should address for this price point.

They work. They may seem a little pricey but answer this- How Much Have You Spent On Kitchen Scissors? They are worth it. Very high quality, sharp, breakdown for super cleaning, come in two color options. The tips are rounded for extra safety.

I’m Dalstrong believer and have many of their knives. I decided to try the scissors out as well and I was not disappointed. Super sharp, nice and heavy duty and they have some weight to them. I highly recommend All Daltrong products.

Review written after several months of ownership. These are a total piece of crap. Not comfortable. Not sharp, despite sharpening numerous times personally and twice professionally. Do not even cut parchment paper with ease. Eventually replaced them with a pair that cost $6.99 and those do a much better job. They do market them well, which is why I purchased these worthless scissors for a ridiculous price, thinking that price would lead to value. I was wrong! Stay away from this product.

Son las tijeras más rudas que he visto, la verdad pensé que serían más grandes pero comparando aunque la cuchilla debería ser más grande el mango si es el más comodo y entré más cómodo cortas los alimentos (y las manualidades) mucho mejor. Me encanta que sea muy fácil de separar y que como todo producto Dalstrong la calidad de armado es altísima.

Ces ciseaux de cuisine entièrement faits en acier inoxydable sont d’une qualité remarquable. Ils se détachent facilement en deux parties, ce qui les rend très simples à nettoyer. Ils coupent parfaitement, se prennent bien en main, et comme ils sont faits entièrement en métal, il n’y a aucune partie qui risque de se détériorer avec le temps. Franchement, les meilleurs ciseaux de cuisine que j’ai achetés jusqu’à présent. Je suis vraiment satisfait !
