This is a really awesome one. Value for money. I don't understand why SATA SSD of other companies are still that high. I mean we can get a gen3 nvme m.2 with 3GBps speed with that pricing instead of 500MBps SATA SSD.

There is a reason why this product sold at less price. Like every other customers I took fall for the offer and now suffering with no replacement I received a non working 2tb SSD card which is not recognised in my system. While my return window is still opened, Amazon denied to replace this bad SSD with working one. I have been cheated by both Amazon and the seller. Buy at your own risk, if you want a long-lasting product better buy 1tb Samsung instead of this poor quality 2tb product. I don't know what I am going to do with this useless drive which I spent more than 7,500 rs. If you see non returnable product, please don't take a risk and buy from Amazon. Better visit to your nearest markets and spend extra money to receive a quality product. This was unexpected from the best online shopping. Cheated and robbed by both. Feeling sad 😢

Used the product. Initially transfer speed is high around to 500 MB/sec but Transfer speed decrease significantly if large volume of data is required to be transferred. At times transfer speed reduces to 0 kb/sec. It has some chip issues and therefore it is cheaply priced and being dumped in our Indian Market.

Do not buy this product .it's not working .and Amazon customer service also not provide replacement or refund on this product .wrist service and product . 6 time calling for service and after 1 hour wasting time on call holding they talk very rudely that its not our responsibility for item defects. Is this right thing?

If you want to copy data frequently, don't buy it. As you can see in photos, write speed is so slow. Also speed is not consistent. My hard disk takes less time than this ssd.

Drive formatted with no problem and has been working all afternoon having files copied to it, for about 5 hours straight now without a single hiccup. Excellent. Speed seems as good as my Crucial MX500 SSD's so very pleased with this drive. Quite a good saving from the other SSD's so at least at the moment I'm glad I took the chance on this brand. I will add another down the track a bit which will be over $100 saved compared to the other brands or more.

Update: I RMAed this and Silicon Power came through! I sent it back as it was under warranty and they replaced it despite the fact that it cost $90.97 in March 2025 and now cost $219.97!!! Props to Silicon Power!!! The thing was hardly used and now it’s dead. Computer recognizes it , but hangs when trying to use it. Chkdsk hangs and cannot complete. Tried this on multiple computers and through a sata to usb dongle. I went to the homepage and the model number of this particular device does not show up when searching the warranty status, so out of luck. DO NOT BUY.

Been using these for a while in a Proxmox cluster with ceph and they work well. I used this with a Crucial BX500 and that died after about 9 months but these are still going strong. One of the drives shows a high Hardware_ECC_Recovered count while the other has zero.

The SSD drive works well. I use it to back up my portable computer.
