Easy Awning
I've been looking for months for an awning to fit my door. I finally found it! I'm quite pleased with the quality of this product. I look forward to enjoying this enhancement to my property.

Looked great, BUT
The awning looked great and seemed sturdy; I got it installed last week, reached out to the company because the parts don't align correctly and there is a gaping gap between the wall and the unit, it didn't fit flush against the wall. Had to improvise by purchasing "L" hooks to attach it to the wall. Anyway, I guess you get what you pay for. No one from the company returned my call when I left a message about how this unit wasn't aligned. sigh

Terrible instructional
Call customer support in telling them everything was all tangled up . Support was telling me we have sold this product over 30 years and never had a problem, if you can’t put in together just send back and get your refund . I DID JUST THAT .
