I've just bought one. why can't i watch iplayer when i'v recording freesat?

Hi Simon, The KD-55X85K is a single tuner TV and not a dual tuner, so you cannot record a channel, while watching another channel at the same time. And the same goes for YouView applications such as ITV Hub, and All 4: https://cutt.ly/d0fevBt & https://cutt.ly/v0frndK (copy and paste the link into your web browser). Hi M.J.I, Since the TV is a Google TV, the applications are managed by Google. Therefore, there's no official list for the apps, as it can change at any time. However, you can decide which apps to keep or delete from the pre-installed apps. Or add more from the app store. Sony support UK
