Love the design except...wasn't able to install until 3 months after purchase and plastic cracked. Apparently can't return for replacement even though never used.Much happier as Endo made an exception to their return policy and exchanged the cracked device at no charge. Good customer service makes up for a lot and I do like the design and function.

I struggled for so long to find a good solution for storing my boyfriend's bike in our apartment without it mounted on a wall and suspended in the air. His bike is very heavy and the dry wall cannot support the weight. Besides that, most bike support systems are not aesthetically pleasing. I saw this in a friend's apartment and was happy to find it for sale on Amazon, as the manufacturer is actually international and has limited distribution in the US. I also found that the price was a great value on Amazon vs. other sites.I got the white for a minimalist vibe, and it arrived as expected. The packaging can also be used as a stencil for screws when you are attaching this to the wall, which was very helpful since I am NOT a handy person and this is one of the first home projects I have ever completed myself. Once I had found the right size screws and butterfly hooks (this took a while), it was a pretty painless installation. In theory the rear wheel pad is optional but I appreciate that it keeps tire marks off of my wall. It has been really sturdy and stable since I have installed it - no complaints!

Poorly designed and difficult to install. The top mounting holes are directly behind the hook for the tire which means there's no physical way to get the screws in straight.

The product was sent as NEW but appeared to have been used. The the package is torn, the ties were cut, the screws were loose and the product is soiled. We want to give as a Christmas gift. If the recipient is not satisfied with the Cycloc Endo wall mount bike storage rack, we will be returning after Christmas for a full refund.

Pricey but looks great and functional. Holds up well.

Excellent product - very solid design

Definitely not the cheapest bike hook of the type, but it's beautiful. Folds flat and includes a rear-tire holder.Takes 4 small screws, which are included along with drywall anchors and a drilling template.I've used other mounts in my garage, and they look the part. This doesn't look out of place displaying my road bike in the living room.
