Great Single Serving Organic Decaf Coffee
It’s so convenient to use. I like that it’s organic and a very good value when you buy the 8 boxes it’s under 35 cents a cup. I travel for work and I always take these with me. It’s sometimes difficult to find a good decaf on the road but no more. I’ve also been using these for iced coffee. Full flavor, great aroma and no jitters. Fantastic product!!

Great flavor with little to no acidity.
Very good instant decaf coffee. Lower acidity than the normal brand I drink and still rather smooth to the palate. It appears to be fresh, and the freeze-dried method of processing is better than using chemicals to the mix to prepare instant coffee. It is more expensive than I expected on a per-cup basis, but it is good decaf coffee. I plan on purchasing some more in larger bottles to perhaps reduce the cost pre-cup the next time I get some. I like BRCC decaf a lot, but this is as good, perhaps somewhat better, but both are just fine with me. The Mount Hagen individual cup storage tubes are convenient to take along on trips and to the office for occasional breaks from regular caffeinated coffee. We have come a long way from the instant decaf of sixty years ago, which I have never really cared for. I do recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy a great cup of decaf instant coffee.

I use hot and ICED!
Was introduced to this instant decaf coffee at work. Have been cutting back drastically on caffeine (turns out large amounts make me bitchy- who woulda thot?) and I really like this brand. Smooth, not bitter. No chemical taste that I can detect. Mixes well in hot and COLD water (which is my preference). I put it in my stainless steel leak-proof bottle & just shake a few times & it's mixed. Can't hurt to give it a try!

A but weak for my pallet but good flavor
I like that this coffee has a smooth flavor and it doesn’t have the bite at the back that some dripped coffees I’ve had have. Does not upset my stomach. And I like that it’s organic. I would have to say it’s a little weak for my pallet and I have to put 12 1 1/2 packs and an 8 ounce cup and if I do a 10 ounce cup I have to do two full packs. I will definitely be trying a darker roast from this brand when I finish this box.

My favorite decaf coffee!!
I drink so much of this stuff. It's delicious iced or hot, and doesn't taste like instant. I am sensitive to caffeine, and the swiss water process used to produce this coffee takes out nearly ALL of it. I can drink it morning to night and still fall asleep at bedtime. I like bringing these single packets everywhere - camping, folks' houses that don't have decaf, restaurants when they don't serve decaf, etc. I love it!!

In my fruitless search for a delicious and worthwhile decaf instant coffee, I finally found ONE
I've tried several different brands all boasting of "authentic" coffee taste. LIES. None taste of coffee, none taste of any effort to match the flavor. Since my normal daily cup is regular caffeinated drip coffee and always black, I'm somewhat picky for a rich and smooth coffee flavor without the burnt, bitter, skunky, weak, non-oiliness that comes from traditional decaf of any kind. So I went on a quest to sample every instant decaf I could find... because, I drink coffee late at night because its darned good with a cigar, but I don't want the caffeine. Finally after reading some terrible articles online about the "best", I eventually got to Mount Hagen and read all the reviews. The reviews are exactly the same as the review for all the bad ones I've read. But for some reason this one is highly ranked and consistently. So I tried it. At first I put too much water. They really are measured for 8 oz and absolutely no more than that. My travel cup is 16 oz and two packets works perfectly. I even short pour it by about an ounce or two because I like it a little stronger. 1) I like it, it tastes like coffee. Its not perfect... its definitely not deeply rich and delicious like regular caffeinated fare but for a decaf and for an instant, its very very good. I would drink this at night at home because I just felt like coffee or with my favorite dinner dessert. 2) As a whiskey and wine drinker I look for subtleties in flavor or body and I find this one to be surprisingly savory. The flavor can be a little thin initially... once you settle into the cup it gets better. I also find that less hot is better which isn't an issue with freeze-dried crystals. 3) The sachets are tiny, I use two... as a backpacker, this is going to be my new camp coffee as I've already ordered the caffeinated and reordered more decaf. 4) I've found that in most cases, decaf drinkers cheat with creamer and sugar to make the taste more tolerable. I drink my coffee black and find that practice to be unacceptable. Hence the effort into finding a good to drink iteration of the two worst forms of cafe, decaf and instant. My search is over... the other products I've purchased in this effort have already gone out in the trash.

Meh, I'm going back to VIA
First off, this is a VERY well made product. You can see it in the packaging and taste an authentic high quality "drip coffee" esque flavor. It also dissolves in COOL water, which is great for weirdos like me that literally like to dump a packet into a 16.9 oz bottle of spring water and drink cool to luke warm decaf coffee in the morning. I get my water, and my coffee (flavor) this way. The part I don't like is the fact it is not a BOLD coffee like many REVIEWS herein state. It's more like a Columbian DRIP coffee. Which is as it should be. The product itself never promised to be anything other than that. It meets those standards exactly. I for one, prefer Starbucks VIA as it tastes more like an Americano or Espresso. Hard to explain, but it just works for me, whereas this product may be better for those who crave that drip coffee kinda satisfaction, and I know plenty of people who prefer that over the Starbucks espresso thing. Why did I try this? Because the price point was EXCELLENT compared to Starbucks Decaf Via's highway robbery prices at $50 for a 50 pack box these days. This product was $8 for 25 packets. So if you like drip coffee flavor in decaf form, that can be poured into almost any temperature of water, and is VERY affordable, this is the stuff. Again, high quality, well made and packaged, just not my jam when it comes to the actual flavor I crave. Bummer as I was truly hoping to replace the Starbucks with this stuff.

Does a good coffee
Highly recommend... handy sticks to keep in purse or pocket or gunny bag for the coffee occasion. Best instant coffee ever tasted... and its decaf. Now its not the best decaf, as punting pony stills #1, but if you don't have time to grind the beans, setup the drip this is a good substitute.

Taste good and leaves no aftertaste.
I received a box of this decaf coffee today. It smells great and the natural taste with no cream or sugar is so delicious. I would say, it's worth it and the individual packages keep it fresh.
