Alcatel 20.20 2.4" 80 g Sim Free Grey Senior phone

Simple, basic easy to use phone bought for my 85 year old Father. He can use it so literally anyone could as he ain't the best when it comes to technology. The stand for the charger cable is a great idea.

Bought to replace my mum’s previous Artfone which she got on with well but stopped charging after a couple of years.The first I had to return because of a damaged charging port. It looked like someone had had it before us. Bought another and the charging lead has gone in fine but doesn’t want to come out so this seems to be a weak point in the design.I’ll have another go at getting the charging lead out but this one also may end up being returned.Other than that, my mum gets on with the phone well.

Does exactly what it says, easy to use for elderly person. Has SOS features as well. Good value for money.

It was exactly like it was supposed to be a simple to use phone

I bought this phone for my elderly father so that he can stay in touch during numerous extended hospital visits. Unfortunately after 4 weeks it stopped charging and the battery went flat and refused to charge up. I have no idea if this was a battery problem or a phone problem but it was rendered useless and had to be replaced by an other phone. It was also not very intuitive to use, the replacement is much better.

You may find it hard to get a sim card as they are doing away with 2G but I found Tesco did a 3G which worked

The Sim Goes in Upside down to Normal....! and the diagram in the box is wrong
