I used to take thermogenics until I started taking these. They are perfect for energy and appetite control. You don't feel jittery from the caffeine at all, just a constant flow of energy. I love them, I'm on my 2nd bottle!

I could tell a difference after twenty minutes of taking this. It’s a higher dose, but just PERFECT for my needs. It did not give me jitters, or make me hyper. Basically, it made me feel awake and effortless. It took away the sluggish, “no energy” feeling all day. I am focused, and got tasks done that I started around the house. I definitely recommend it. Do your research re: dosing, as there are various strengths.
