How can the mouse be configured to switch USB channels without having to turn it upside down and pressing the button on the bottom of the mouse?

Thank you so much for contacting us! But this mouse and keyboard currently only supports manual button switching of connection channels. Sincerely, Samsers

Es necesario conectar algo en el puerto usb para que funcione el Bluetooth? Tengo el puerto usb bloqueado por políticas de la empresa

Not required. The USB receiver needs to be plugged into the computer only when using the 2.4G channel. You can just use the bluetooth channel without plugging the USB receiver into the computer.

Does both the mouse and keyboard support multiple devices or only the keyboard?

Both the keyboard and mouse support the connection of 3 devices at the same time.

Is this compatible with the new macbook air m2?
