Thule to the rescue!
Just picked up an old Yakima Space Booster. Pretty much missing the support hinges and the locking mechanisms and the UBolts. Hey what can you expect for $20 bucks.Couldn’t find the Yakima support hinges and found that regular shocks could fix the problem either.Took a chance with these and they work perfectly. Yes they are plastic and com one to an order. Both mine were gone so I had to get two. They fit in both sides. I placed mine so that the bends face the opening of the box.Would never purchase a new storage box but for the price I could not pass this one.Thanks Thule!Now what can I do for the locking mechanism? Using straps for now. lol
