Calm Sleep Melatonin | with Ashwagandha, L-Theanine & GABA

10/10!!! This stuff is AMAZING, it really works!. I make a sleepy Mocktail with it. I use 1 to 1 & 1/2 teaspoon powder -I pour some sparking Lemon or Lime water on it (La Croix for example) - allow it fizz (this is what really releases the ingredients)- fill remainder of glass with rest of the sparkling water, then I add a dash of PURE Tart Cherry Juice (needs to be 100% juice- not from concentrate)- Tart Cherry juice has natural melatonin in it. Then I drink and enjoy. I cannot keep my eyes open after drinking this- I may last 20 mins. Often have no remembrance of falling asleep, it's wild. I do not feel groggy the next morning. It has never upset my stomach or caused gut issues- but I am not sensitive to things like that. I personally love the flavor- especially with the cherry juice- it tastes like Sherbet ice-cream. I will always use this!! Love love love this product!!

It's hard to believe an OTC concoction could make such a dramatic improvement, but this stuff has been nothing short of miraculous for both me and my son. Our quality of life has greatly improved because of Calm. It may sound like hyperbole but, I assure you, this is a truthful, unsolicited review. Concerning RLS: Prior to finding this product, I had suffered from severe restless leg syndrome (RLS) for over a decade. I took prescription Requip for years, but never found complete relief. I started taking Calm for insomnia (which it helps, but doesn't completely resolve), but began to notice that my RLS symptoms had vanished. I eventually tapered off the Requip completely, and haven't used anything but Calm for the last few years. I have NO episodes of RLS as long as I take Calm fairly regularly. Regarding Sleep Paralysis: My 25 year old son has had odd sleep behavior since he was small. He would sleep walk, talk in his sleep, and have night terrors as a child. As he got older, he would still frequently yell and throw things in the middle of the night. He says he would often awake and see "shadow men" in his room, his heart would suddenly race as he began to go to sleep, and would experience that sense of falling almost always. Night time has been a struggle for him, and he says that sleep is "a lot of work." He saw doctors, but anything that was supposed to be a sedative would make his symptoms worse, so he refused to seek further treatment. Earlier this year, he was having a particularly rough patch, so I convinced him to try a glass of my Calm. The next morning, to my surprise, he was cautiously optimistic. He asked for more that night. He doesn't go without it now and only has a few bad nights a month. It's been transformative! I don't know what it is exactly about the mix, but it works. I've tried magnesium and melatonin separately, but never had results as good as we get with Calm. *One tip I would add for new users - When you first mix the powder in water, it will appear cloudy for a minute or two. If you drink it then, it will taste chalky and tart. If you let it set for a little while, the water will clear and the taste will be fruitier and sweeter. Good luck!

Guides me gently into sleep every night. Really does. A scoop 20 minutes before bed and it’s zzzzzzz time.

I really dislike the taste of this. I wish the sleep version came in different or unflavored options. It's very strong and very tart, but also had a weird aftertaste (from the Stevia, which to me generally comes off as almost sweet and bitter). The other flavors offered by Natural Calm are different formulations. I'd also consider it a bit pricey for what you get, Magnesium Citrate (once added to hot water), L Theanine, GABA, and melatonin. All that being said, I ordered 2 more containers. Why? Convenience. It's much easier to buy this than to buy its ingredients separately. This all-in-one blend does the job well. My eyes start closing within an hour of consumption. I've tried these ingredients alone in the past with only mild success when it comes to a sense of calm, and extremely mild success (e.g. maybe works for a couple of nights) for consistent sleep benefits. However, when combined together like in this product, it packs a powerful punch. Not only has this continued to help me fall asleep early, and stay asleep throughout the night. I've also noticed daytime anxiety and irritability melt away. I have more energy and feel generally more relaxed overall.

It works!

I would love to know who thought it would be a "great idea" to make a SLEEP DRINK sour & fizzy! That is NOT relaxing! This a dreadful drink, taste-wise. Berry would of been okay, if it wasnt fizzy & sour. There is nothing calming, enjoyable, or relaxing about this stuff. The ingredients work... Helps you sleep, but then the next day your stomach is all messed up! You're rushing to the toilet, and crapping several times that day, liquid! Im sorry, I know it's gross to say, but this drink will have you suffering diarrhea for 24 to 48 hours... Maybe make a formula that is more gentle on the stomach (use REAL GLYCINATE magnesium and not lie on the label. The upset stomach makes it obvious your company is using citrate. I have taken both kinds before, different brand, and I know how each one effects my stomach. So you lied on the label) & make it NOT fizzy & sour, where it tastes like crap... Berry is fine, but not fizzy & sour! That would be my feedback to the company.

I love this stuff. I am a runner and pay close attention to getting enough electrolytes and I was having a hard time getting enough magnesium. So I ordered this one and the raspberry lemon daytime version. I opened this one first and tried it for night time - I liked the semi-tart wildberry taste and it made me sleep soundly. After I finished the bottle (other reviewers are correct that the bottle is less than half full and doesn’t last as long as the label claims it should), I opened the raspberry lemon, excited to try it since I liked the other version so much. OMG the taste is terrible, at least compared to wildberry. The first night I drank it right after brushing my teeth, so I thought maybe that’s why it was so bad. The next night I waited to brush my teeth after - still tasted awful. I read a lot of reviews and a lot of people love the raspberry lemon flavor so it’s all based on personal taste but I really struggle to make myself drink that one. I just ordered my second bottle of Calm Sleep and have been taking a little every night. I don’t know if it’s habit forming but I’m going to try to make it a less frequent habit just in case - not to mention it will last longer that way, because it’s not inexpensive. But it does work and I’m going to keep using it as long as it works for me.

I have been taking this for a while now. I don’t take it every night but when I do, I mix it with pure tart cherry juice which also is good for sleep and it tastes great. I didn’t really like it mixed with just water but the cherry juice mocktail I make with it is good. It does calm me before bedtime and I sleep much better. Great product.
