Simple and to the point.
I enjoy how he writes, it’s simple just like the Word of God is simple. The power of God speaks for itself, it’s not something the has to be embellished.

It's really Common Sense
Today when everyone is trying out Intermittent Fasting... All you are really doing is living fasted life thats described in the Bible. But as Christians, our focus should be replacing those meal times with something else such as study and devotionals with God and his Word. This is practical and common sense guide that gives a Christians a way to live a fasted life.

Great book
I have always been skeptical about fasting religiously and this book proved my point. We must be lead by the Spirit Great book overall.

Fasting...
The book is easy to follow. The author used scripture to support what he was saying. The message really makes you think about the concept of fasting, but leaves the reader to make his own conclusion.

Very nice book on fasting
Very nice book on fasting. Our church is having a month of fasting and this was a very useful guide for me to read prior to our fasting. Kenneth E. Hagin's books are very rich in scripture and though the books can be repetitive, I find that that is exactly what I need in order to really get the word deep into my spirit.
