I would like to know if there are dragon figures in this set?

No dragons in the set I received

Would these work with glass etching cream?

They are made for painting on a wide variety of items but I'm not sure if etching cream would work. You would have to ask the person who is selling them. They are only 3x3 so not very big. I have etched patterns before but not that small.

How large are the individual pictures in these?

The widest part of the individual picture is 2.25-2.5 inch depending on the picture.
