Avarage.
It's wrist gripping is not good.loose feeling. A short size belt useful for children. Can't cover our whole wrist properly.

Don't tighten it
It's very good quality for the price of 177. Initially I was trying to keep it tight to keep my wrist from moving at all. Which was causing numbness in my thumb and hand. Than I figured out, that you just need to wear it comfortably not tight. It will be comfortable to wear and will also restrict 70% of wrist movement. And it will help you recover quickly from the sprain or injury.

A good fit but...
A good product.. my 3rd purchase. It fits well and gives comfort to the thumb and wrist. The reason it is a 3rd purchase is because the velcro wears off in 2 months..so this is the only drawback, in an otherwise a good product
