Can you use it in a shower stall

If it's an acrylic shower, this won't stick. It's a metal paint.

Can this paint be applied outdoor on aluminum in a marine environment after proper priming?

I would use a marine paint if you're painting something that will actually go into the water. This product is made to paint the exterior of appliances to restore them. It is not made to go into an apliance (oven/microwave/etc) as it is not made for high heat. You can buy those type paints as well but this is not one of them. I would stick to a paint that is manufactured for a specific purpose. your question is somewhat vague as to what you are painting but using this outdoors in a wet environment i would think you could find something more durable and better suited for your use.
