Flexible Magnets 24x3 feet .30mil Super Strong Flexible Material by Flexible Magnets, White

I purchased this to cover the bottom vent on my fireplace in the winter because of the insane draft. Works great. It was kind of a pain to cut (I used kitchen shears) and it cuts easy but because of it being rolled up. It isn't the strongest magnet, but it holds just fine to the vent and it stops the draft.

So I bought this despite the horrible reviews about the magnetic strength of this vinyl roll to cover up an A/C Vent on my ceiling to reduce draft during the winter. I bought some neodymium magnets to place around the perimeter of the vent to give it extra strength. I placed about 28 small dime sized magnet around the peremeter and it STILL would not hold its own weight. I would up cutting this to length to fit it so won't be able to return, but BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!! It will not adhere to anything due to the weight of the roll itself and its weak magnetic strength. It should be illegal to be sold as its marketed on Amazon and should be pulled down from future people being ripped off.

Used this to place on the back of my make-up and stick to a steel board. I had to use superglue to adhere it to the products and there is no adhesive surface. It handles a lot of weight as long as you use a larger piece. I had to fill the entire back of the product to have it hold, but it holds so well that they don't slip down or move even if you shake it or hit.

Very fast shipping. I bought this for a intake vent that I wanted to block off and make the AC draw from a hotter area more. The grate is metal however this does not like to stick to it. The material is very durable, I would just need a little more magnetic strength to make it perfect.

Easy to cut to desired size. You need to lay it out flat with something heavy on it for a few hours reduce the curling. I used this to cover air vents to better control temperatures in our house while the air conditioner is on. I would prefer if the magnet was a little bit stronger. They work pretty well on floor registers, but not quite as well on wall registers.

2 stars for delivery & quality. I waited so long for this product to arrive over two weeks. Being a prime member I had certain expectation that I would get it sooner regardless if it was vendor sold. The product did not meet my expectations. The magnet was weak & not strong enough to hold itself up 3ft x 1ft upside down. I had a wide open area to cover and it wouldn't magnetize itself to the edges of the sheet metal all the way around upside down. I had to cut it to size in order to make it fit not realizing that it was it strong enough of a magnet. I can't use it and I can't return it since I've already cut it. This was a waste of money.

I bought this to use in our office to protect against an active shooter. Some of our doors have small windows (about 8" wide x 30" high) bordered by a metal frame. I cut the sheets to scale (to cover the whole frame, not just the window) and placed them onto the frame (if you have metal doors, you could simplty place them onto the door and leave the window free), allowing about 1/3 of the window to remain visible. Should the need arise, people can just quickly raise the sheet to cover the entire window, turn off the lights, and lock the door. From the outside, a person just sees black; combined with the window reflection, it just looks like the room is dark. When time is of the essence, as it is to an active shooter, it will hopefully mean that the room will be bypassed for one that is obviously occupied. Hopefully, this is something we never have to use. But even if we don't, this measure caused no permanent changes to the office. Also, if someone decides that they need removed for a special occasion, they come right off.

I got this to cover ceiling vents in the cold months. It won't stick to the steel vents while hanging from the ceiling. I thought maybe it was just to heavy and gravity was the issue, but nope. It won't stick to steel vertically. It won't stick to steel horizontally either. Basically, it sticks to nothing. Worst. Magnet. Ever. I'd send it back if I hadn't cut it to the vent size, but that was the only way to see if it'd work. So save yourself the money to test it out and skip on this.

Absolute junk. Put them on my car and they flew off once I got on the highway. Definitely not strong enough for vehicles what a waste of money

The page says 24 x 3 feet, with a picture of a large roll and a hefty 64$ price tag, so I assumed it was 24 feet long. What I recieved is 2 x 3 feet, the size of a small poster ...
