Worth it!
This ball is perfect size and firmness to massage. I was skeptical at first because of the price for a ball. But after trying it out, it really does the job and totally worth it! I have other rad roller products and love them all!

I like the softness and texture, but it's too big for my hands
I bought this because I need a softer massage ball to use for myofascial release, specifically for the shearing mechanism of gently working against the grain of fascia and muscle, as well as for more gentle release of knots, etc. I really like the firmness of this ball, or lack thereof, compared to most massage balls, and I like the velvety texture, which allows for gentle friction. That's what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it's a little big and my hand gets worn out really quickly from gripping it and trying to apply appropriate pressure. I'm a small-medium sized female so my hands are on the smaller side. I want to use it primarily on my neck and shoulders, and it doesn't work to use a wall or lay on it for the appropriate targeted pressure. I really need to use my hands to get it to stay where I want it to be. It works ok if I lay on my stomach and use both hands to manipulate the ball behind my head and neck. I've used harder massage balls and a theracane, and I end up with swollen, bruised spots the next day where I worked on hard, crunchy areas, and I've learned that more gentle pressure and shearing can be more effective for both muscle tension and fascia release. Thus, I wanted a softer ball. It's a great size and firmness if you want to lay on it for abdominal massage, and I will do some of that. I wish I could find a smaller ball that has this same firmness and texture. That would be perfect for me. But, it's still pretty good, and I'm sure it would be just what some others are looking for.

Great addition for soft tissue release
This is a perfect addition to your personal gym to roll out any tightness or soreness …. When a lacrosse ball is too hard and a melt roller is too soft or wrong shape for a particular spot.

Magic
I've used a lot of massage tools and found them to be too hard - they seem to do more damage than help. I've abandoned all the other stuff since getting this one - the shape and ability to control the pressure mean there are almost limitless ways to use it, and you can use it anywhere (including on the stomach, and on injured areas) without concern. Like other reviewers, I've found the included inflator to be faulty - you can't actually inflate the ball the fully - but since I prefer a bit less pressure than traditional lacrosse balls and hard rollers, this hasn't been an issue for me. Love this and everyone I've recommended it to has loved it too.

Great for Pelvic Floor health
Great ball! I was looking for the Magic Green Ball, as I want to focus on pelvic floor health, but couldn't find it anywhere. So I decided to try this one. It feels good, and very similar!

Loses air quickly
I’ve been a bodywork therapist for thirty five years and used balls all that time. While I appreciate the softness of this one. It loses air almost constantly. I’d send it back but I’m weary of returns on amazon. I much prefer the quality of the theraband brand of balls.

Sehr hilfreich

Gentle mobility and breathing therapy
I love the RAD Center so much, I'm getting a second one so I don't have to take my original everywhere I go. I am hard on my body; I'm a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu, I lift weights and I sit on my ass all day at work. If you're a desk worker, you probably have the same problem I do: the hunched over sitting position. Does anyone sit up straight? I doubt it. I find is that sitting all day, and then heading off to the gym for some jiu jitsu don't go together. The stomach and chest muscles get very tight and constricted and that is tricky to do self-myofascial relief work on because they're very tender to touch. The Centre was designed specifically to be gentle on the core, particularly the belly. It is an inflatable ball, made of a very sturdy material that can hold big strong men, yet stay soft and effective for little women as well. It's not meant to be fully inflated, you pump in enough air to give it shape and leave a little out because it's that give that works the magic. I use the Centre while laying on my stomach, resting it on my abdomen for 3-5 minutes as a breathe deeply and sink into it, then my chest for 3-5, then I flip over and place it under my back, working my way down from my neck to my SI joint, breathing deeply, flexing my spine and regain the flexibility and mobility of my stiff back. There have been weeks where I felt too sore to train and after 20 minutes on the Centre, I was good to go. I do it in bed so the soft surface enhances the gentle therapy. An absolute must-have for pretty much anyone. Get that diaphragm working properly!
