This does what it says and the side orientation is useful but the small side hole is kind of pointless as you'd have to disconnect/reconnect too much to use this. The insulin tube on my Tslim x2 can o up the side fine so it's not too big an issue.The velcro end needs to either have covering or smooth down the plastic bits as if it's just slightly off center on attachment you can get poked with uncomfortable plastic ends. The strap could also be a little small for larger people. I have a 34 waist and the strap would have to stretch quite a bit and be tight for people with larger waists than me.

That it helps keep the monitor in place even when adhesives have trouble in the humidity.

Well made and fits the tandem x2 well. Edges are stiff and uncomfortable to sleep in which is what I needed it for.
